I used to to think Kovalev was more skilled than GGG, I still think he sets up his offense better, but now I'm thinking GGG might actually have overall more skill.

It was a good win against a decent opponent. No more no less. To christen him the GOAT is going WAY overboard and as stupid as his detractors saying Lemieux is a can.

We have no idea how he'd hold up against Hagler, Monzon, RJJ, Hopkins or even Toney at MW. It's been a talent rich division over the years.

 

He is one of the best middleweights of all time.

 

Im a GGG fan but come on man. Greatness is measured by the greatness of who you beat.

 

I like GGG, but he is not the greatest boxer to ever lace them up...

 

He's a destroyer, but he was throwin so many jabs he'd make Larry Holmes proud. He lands them like they were right hands too. He's really a gold medalist he got robbed in the Olympics and his skill shows. Lemieux was a decent champ, Ggg did what was expected from him and more. Once he beats Ward or Kov he'd be clear #1.
