I've always said this, GGG gets hit very little for someone who comes forward. He fights like he did against Lemieux he'd get hit far less. Robert Garcia said it best you can't fight like floyd and GGG at the same time.

possibly yes. But he would never get the opposition to take that accolade.

He fought extremely well, but he's not an ATG, and Lemeiux is not a great champ. Golovkin's awesome but you're jumping the gun.

Without doubt GGG is the best middleweight in the world today. That's why they all avoid him like he has the black plague.
Is he the best ever???????? No not yet to early to go that far. All it needs is some of the supposed elite 160 pounder to show they have cojones to take him on & we'll see

Err mate, although he looked good staving off power puncher Lem, his own record doesn`t anywhere near compare with 1980s Marvellous Marvins record.Look him up on u tube,he`s an all time great.Golovkins still got more to prove yet.

Golovkin is the best middleweight fighting today, no doubt about that...................Golovkin will unify the titles, then we can talk about the best ever, he can become one of the best ever for sure though. I have never seen a middleweight with such a jab, not even Carlos Monzon..........................

GGG is a supremely skilled techninician. He has all the tools, with the exception of great speed, but he more than makes up for the lack of speed with great technique and timing. It is however too early to be asking is he the greatest ever kind of question. He hasn't truly been tested, and that's from the mouth of his own trainer. Also, he hasn't unified a division. Had the longest streak of defenses of a belt in a division. I fully expect him to, and I fully expect him to accomplish these things, but he hasn't yet, so slow down on the GOAT or TBE talk, lol.

    Lemieux is good.
Not very good and definitely not great.

    Golovkin dominated a GOOD fighter.
