I think all the hype around this guy is outrageous. Some people are even saying he's the greatest MW of all time. Who has he fought? Matty Macklin? Marco Rubio? People are so quick to jump on the bandwagon. Put him in there with Ward and he loses every round. He's an unproven hype-machine.

He's definitely overhyped by some people but he's not just a hypejob.

Have you watched his fights? Probably not, because you'd understand the reason of the hype.

    You're an ass.

GGG is slightly overrated by his fanatics. But for the most part GGG's hype is justified.

Yep. I dont think hes an outstanding boxer but hes a good to very good one. But the power that comes with that is just disgusting.

Where as alot of boxers throw point scoring shots and set up shots then if they have it they unleash the power. ive seen hard, strong chinned opponants whincing from the point scoring or set up punches. Dirty power.

Hes very much how i see Kovelev but hes a better boxer than Kov.

Sorry, overall he is an outstanding boxer, what i meant is boxing skills, Floyds technique i class as outstanding, GGG isnt at that class skills wise.

He also gets hit a bit too much for his defensive skills to be classed as outstanding. But i do think he is very good at both, just not outstanding. But having very good skills and hurtful power in nearly every shot he throws together makes him outstanding.

please explain how someone can beat him,

He simply doesnt get hurt, you cant outbox him from long range if you cant hurt him, to keep him off you and his footwork is too good for anyone who tries to box and move.

For someone to beat him, you would need to be able to hit as hard as he does, to have a titanium chin, to be able to box like Sugar Ray Robinson, be as fast and awkward as Manny Pacquiao, be as slick as Rigondeaux and have insane stamina.

Golovkin isnt going to get beat while he is in his prime.
