I think he's got more power than Pavlik or Trinidad. He's the biggest middleweight puncher of the past decade.

He's packing TNT in his fists for sure. You really don't want to get hit by this guy. Exciting fighter.

He hits hard, but he does not his in the same level of punching power as G-Man. In a pound for pound sense, Trinidad at 147lbs hit harder than GGG does at 160lbs.

Don't think it would be fair to compare them yet, wait until GGG faces better competition.

    Don't discount a 160lb Arthur Abraham either.

I understand what you're saying and am a huge McClellan fan but who did Gerald ever fight to prove his power against? A faded Jackson whose chin wasn't great (not terrible or anything) and a faded Mugabi who had already been KO'd in the 1st round by JMW Norris. I do think Gerald was a monster puncher but Golovkin stopping Simon, Ouma, Ishida is a better lineup of opponents with proven chins than what G-Man has. They're certainly not as good as Jackson or Mugabi (well Ouma is for Mugabi) but they've proven their chins yet were stopped by GGG.

Lets see him Ko someone in the top tier with a proven chin before getting too excited.
but yeah he has a hell of a dig on him for sure.

Ishida had a solid chin. GGG cracked that in 3.

Good puncher. Nothing really to go on yet in terms of top ranked MWs though.

He does that to Macklin,Quillin,Prog etc, then we can talk
