Is Glen Johnson a hall of famer? 2004 fighter of the year with wins over Clinton Woods, Roy Jones Jr & Antonio Tarver. Also had other wins over Montell Grithin, Eric Harding & Allan Green. Had a few dubious decisions go against him.

I mean he had decisions go against him but the Tarver fight was a gift. It's a tough one because outside of his Jones win, which was clearly passed his best his career isn't great. But there are HOF fighters who have similar levels of achievement imo. I mean Gatti is in, so the bar isn't incredibly high

Having said that he'll be quite far behind many boxers of his era. He shouldn't be in on merit before Ottke for example. Tarver is certainly in front of him

Even though I loved the guy I don't think so. He pushed some really good fighter's to the edge but really didn't have enough big wins whether he was robbed on the cards or not. Froch, Dawson, Tarver, Ottke, Woods and Cloud were all really close fights that with the exception of Taver I and Woods I that went against him.

I was at his fight with Cloud in St Louis and was too drunk to score it live but felt at the time he deserved the win. When I went back and watched the video, I actually scored it for Cloud by just a point but honestly it could have gone either way. That fight would have been really important for him because he would have been a two time Lightheavyweight champ and would have probably fought Hopkins. Winning those two fights or his fight with Ottke would have been enough to get him in at somepoint but he came up just short.

In my opinion he had a good career but not hall of fame worthy.

He only would get in if he could sell the packages for the event, as his resume is not good enough to get in for mere achievement.

I do not think he is popular enough to get the sales, so no I do not think he will go in.

Sure, why not? Definitive road warrior for a generation, suffered a lot on the cards, keynote contender for a given era,
