What are the top 10 P4P jabs of all time? Oscar De La Hoya and Thomas Hearns would definitely be up there.

I think De La Hoya's jab was so good because he was naturally left-handed.

Golovkin is not in the conversation as far as top 10 jabs P4P all time. Sorry, he just isn't.

No. He has a good solid jab though, but when you are talking top 10 best ever, it isn't one of those.

It's a very good jab, a solid point scoring weapon that forces an opponent back, but it does leave him open to being countered due to lack of speed.

His jab is in the mold of a sonny Liston.

But the problem is, the best person he's ever jabbed with is Canelo and we don't really know how good Canelo is.

But would i say Golovkin has ever jabbed as good as Jones did against Ortiz? No I wouldn't.

That's not to say his jab isn't one of the best weapons ever, just I've seen better displays of jabbing against better opposition.

This is hard to measure, but I would say No.
In heavyweight alone, the all time great all possesed superb jab from Louis to Liston to Ali to Foreman to Holmes to Lewis to Wlad. That's 7 names from heavy alone not to mention the lower weight classes.

I'd say Golovkin's jab is probably more consistent as far as actually hitting the face flush with impact. Quartey's jab was faster and seemed more snapping, but he often shorted it.

It's excellent but to say P4P all time might be a bit of a stretch.
