Just watched the berto guerro fight and I think the ref got his license out of a ******* jack box...between the holding onto the back of berto head the head butting rabbit punching and elbows. Being thrown I thought I was watching an MMA FIGHT any other fighter would've been disqualified ...thoughts???

Guerrero has never fought like that before... did you see the Berto/Zaveck fight though? Berto was blatantly using his head in that one and no doubt Guerrero decided to beat him to the punch, so to speak.

Disagree, Berto's style leads to that.
That ain't nothing wait until the Floyd fight...
Guerrero is going to take roughhouse to a whole new level.

Headbutts & elbows, Floyd's push off elbow ain't the only "Bow" that will be thrown that night.

Nah I just think Robert was desperate. Knowing the only way he'd get a floyd fight was if he won against berto so he did anything he could to win

Berto was doing horrible using the shoulder roll but he has shown the ability to adjust in fights but its hard to adjust against illegal punches

Guerrero might have been dirty in his last fight, but as long Bernard Hopkins and Andrew Golota are still boxing, he can never be the dirtiest in the game. Sakio Bika is a contender as well.

    True...
Rewatching the Gatti/Mayweather fight, Floyd was hitting on the break & almost "Ortiz'd" Arturo in one of the RDs.

Plus that Ortiz fiasco only Floyd could get away with that...
(Can't see any other fighter @that level get away with that)

Can't believe I forgot Mares. He's talented, but he's like a Mexican Golota at times with those low blows...

Floyd is also up there too, but he fought pretty cleanly against Cotto so it's not as fresh in my memory. Maybe that'll change when he fights Guerrero

If Guerrero is going to fight Froid, he better learn Ortiz technique of pushing his forehead into Froid face if he doesn't want to get elbow. Ortiz did a great job when the came together by pushing his forehead into Froid face to counter Froid dirty elbow.
