I like Guzman & enjoy watching him fight. However, I find it funny every time he has an interesting fight against a live opponent, something always comes up. I know that it's rumored he may face Juan Diaz next, but I just can't see it. I think Team Guzman prefer opponents they know they can beat, although he hasn't earned the right to cherrypick.

I'm changing my pick to Guzman by decision. Juan Diaz need a couple of tuneups, not another dangerous fight.

i fought on the card where he was supposed to fight nate campbell but pulled out a few hours before the show started with dehydration, he is an awesome fighter he should be a bigger star than he is ,needs to get in the mix and diaz fight is a good start.

He definitely outboxed Soto for most of the fight, and he didn't really "run" until the later rounds of the fight when his stamina issues came into play. There were plenty of times in the first half of the fight when Guzman stood toe to toe with Soto and got the better of it. There were also plenty of times where he fought with his back against the ropes and routinely picked off and slipped Soto's combinations with relative ease.

He'll get his chance, sooner or later. But, a Pac fight does not seem realistic right now. May never happen. The big money fights are out. People have used so many excuses why he can or can't fight any more, including promoters. He ain't no good any more. He sucks. It's pathethic. The man never lost a fight or ever been dominated in a fight, and he gets no respect! I now believe people are using it as an excuse not to fight him. But, of course, I blame him for that. What could have been.

The man pissed away his career.Everyone liked to talk about how good he was because he beat a couple rugged dudes. He was never tested and when he had the chance to prove something he fukd that and couldn't make weight.

If Diaz wasn't ruined by Marquez he should walk through Guzman,he won't have the power to keep the baby bull off him.

from my understanding it was guzman that accepted the fight with diaz anytime anyplace and there waiting for diaz camp to respond..

So the Diaz fight isn't happening.

Rumored to be fighting Bradley, but I doubt it will happen.

 Come on, the Barrios fight was prety good. Other than that though, I don't really care to see him fight.

And yes, he's afraid to lose.. it's called the Floyd Mayweather syndrome.

He must not be choosing to fight Bradley and not that Bradley is a knockout puncher or anything but Guzman has never fought at that weight and he's never taken a punch from someone at that weight.
