Since when does Sergio Mora land on his opponents like Joan Guzman does? Same with Malignaggi? These guys have no where near the offensive skill set that Guzman has, its an extremely bad comparison.

Calzaghe can still stop people, decent contenders, which is far more than Guzman appears able to do. He has also hurt good fighters, with proven solid chins.

Once again, you are basing your posts off ONE OR TWO fights?? Why?

I agree that at 36 his power has diminshed (which was never great anyway), but the point is there are much lighter punchers in boxing.

Hell what about Kassim Ouma, Cory Spinks, Cristian Mijares, Chris John etc etc etc

Calzaghe put Lacy on his ass, hurt Kessler with a body shot, and hurt Jones at least once but showboated instead of finishing.

He's quite a weak puncher at this stage considering the volume he throws and lands, but comparisons to Malignaggi and Guzman are ****ing hilarious. They can not hurt ****. Malignaggi has 5 stoppages :nut

would't call him feather fisted, he does get the respect from his oposition. He has a poor technique with his right hand. Almost slaps with it, not on J.C's level but maybe he has hand problems.

Lol I write like a 13-year-old girl typing out text messages to her friends lol lol lol

You think Calzaghe deserves to be p4p#1 now, after the De La Hoya fight? You are a ****ing joke. I doubt even Enzo Cal thinks Joe should rank above the Pacman now.

I have Floyd, Cal and Hop ranked over Pac. Wait, lol...do you call Pac beating Dlh great...?????????????????? Well shiver me timbers lol. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhaahahahahahaha...lol! You Pac fans kill me. Next, you'll ask Floyd to fight PAc at a catch weight huh? Dlh fights Floyd at 154, and comes in well over 160. Pac asks Dlh to come down to his lowest weight in 8 years. PAc fans say Floyd should fight PAc at 142-143. You !$#!$# Pac fans make me:dead

You seem silent when it comes to weight issues as far as pac is concerned and you try to project yourself as fair

YOU FORGOT TO MENTION or INTENTIONALLY MENTIONED THAT PAC FOUGHT 3 TIMES THIS year in 3 DIFFERENT WEIGHT divisions. He won them all!!!!

HOW OFTEN does that HAPPEN in the WORLD of boxing?!

Did CALZ, Hopkins AND PBF ever did that!?!

    Ha!ha!ha!ha!ha!ha!ha!ha!ha!ha!ha!ha!ha!ha!ha!ha!ha!

You keep on mentioning that DLH fought that weight in x no of years... YOU FORGOT to MENTION that PAC NEVER fought in that WEIGHT all his LIFE!

    YOU don't even RECOGNIZE that!!!!

So it's not great for pac to win over a 35 yr old DLH who in the first place called by pac critics stupid for giving pac a chance but it's sooooooooo greaaaat for Calz to win over 38 YR old RJJ and 43 YR old Hopkins:lol:

It was not stupid at that time to give RJJ a chance over Calz
It was not stupid at that time to give Bpon a chance ove Calz
Some members laballed PAC fans stupid for giving PAC a chance!

and yet when PAC won... NOTHING great?! :rofl:yep

    CERTFIED DOUBLE STANDARD!!! :deal

Not true. No one wants to fight him because he stuffs himself too much before the weigh-in. He's so unprofessional. Now he's fighting a bum. Besides, he's a boring fighter, he can't attract a fly.

gotta disagree with you here, which is new because i normally see you on the same page as i am, maybe because i'm a Pacman fan too but anyways

Guzman is very exciting to watch, like ****....look at him vs. Soto, he was toying with him for most of the fight, but what separates him from other fighters who do that (Mayweather) he also stands toe-to-toe and bangs with his opponent from time to time

he's slick, great defense, fast hands, and throws alot of power punches, he's like Mayweather 2.0 basically not to say that he's better then May but he also the same assets as him but more fan friendly

if he was more disciplined i'd say he could be one of my favorite fighters

and as for the "feather fisted" part, he's had wrist injuries so he tends to slap from time to time instead of following through with his punches like he did ealiear in his career

but to each his own....if his style doesn't please you, then... hell we all like and dislike certain styles, so it's straight but.....i just personally think he's exciting as ****

but real talk though, why was this thread even made?....Paulie's obviously the most feather fisted guy, hand problems aside, he rarely sits down and gets levrage on any of his punches same with Calzaghe, but atleast Calzaghe throws enough punches to make up for it
