the way he spat his dummy after the leonard fight was shamefull and he litterally threw in the towel on his career because of it to become a 5th rate actor in italy.shocking way to end a decent career
Hagler had been pissed on before and, in his mind, he beat Leonard out the park. Personally I thought Leonard won the fight clearly. On a side note a forum boy like yourself calling, arguably, the greatest 160lb fighter EVER a cry baby won't sit well with 99.99% of the universe.
Hagler got himself to blame. He didn't fight smart. And though very close, SRL won, as he knew he would, at that point. And maybe Hagler knew he had aged.
Leonard did clearly win the fight by at least 4 points on my card,he owned hagler and I do not know why there is so much fuss over the decision.hagler cried off after it shamelessly
Yeah he did but many thought he won. Hagler lost the crown on a split decision when he hadn't lost in 11 years, detested Leonard like a sickness and was the aggressor in the fight. How would you have felt? It gave the guy a monumental head **** and I find it hard to blame him for that lol. Think about it.
If Hagler was a crybaby he would have never made it to the top, obviously. I think he never really enjoyed his success and kept feeling in Leonard's shadow long after he was a great in his own right. He still felt as if Life and Leonard owed him and went into the fight with entitlement issues. Leonard stole the fight in a very smart way and Hagler couldn't admit he only had himself to blame. Bad end of a great career.
Awwwwww poor marvin,he lost a close decision to a fighter he didnt like.give me a break are you saying thatthis is a first in boxing.he spat his dummy and went off suling
