I am posing that question on this forum because it has been often stated about fighters with that style of fighting are runners, including but not limited to the OG of that style Mayweather. Why would you consider it running and why don't you consider it running?

If Haney is chin checked and his chin proves worthy, and he stops slapping with that left hook, his path to glory is wide open. Once he starts beating the favorites, he will be labeled as a runner and not a real fighter. I see it coming and that is why I asked the question.
I don't think he KO's either but he would put an absolute clinic on Ryan Garcia. Ryan Garcia is a poor man's Adrien Broner, no footwork at all, just a good check left hook.
