Is Hasim Rahman just 3 fights away from Top 10 ATG status?

Maybe Rahman could have done this in his prime, I can't see him doing it now, but it raises the question of how we view fighters in hindsight if he was o pull off a series of upsets mabey in fifteen years we would be calling him a great.
