Hatton is not an ATG at all. He was a damn good fighter though and a HoF'er.

If Micky Ward can be in the HoF then Ricky Hatton certainly can:deal

I can't believe 7 people voted ATG. They should be banned from here, or forced to undergo some kinda boxing education. Complete shameful lack of knowledge.

People saying neither clearly guided by some form of bias. I know a lot of posters don't like the British for some reason so I'm guessing that's it. Hatton isn't an ATG but he done more than enough to be a HOF'er.

HOF for beating fighters such as Kosta, probably.

I can give him HOF because for the most part HOF criteria can consist of several different factors that don't even directly focus on boxing ability and accomplishments. For example, Hattons overall popularity, personality and influence could pave his way into the HOF all he would need is a belt or two and a couple defenses against solid contendars and theirs your ticket. As for ATG I sitll have debates with family members over Tito Trinidad, DLH and Mosely on weather or not they should be considered ATG's. To be honest our era really has Floyd & Pac that would hit the ATG list.

In England, both. In the US, neither.

Neither. He got dusted off both times he went in with prime HOF-caliber guys. The Tszyu win is diminished because Kostya was past it.

The poll suggest he is at least HOF, which is far from granted.
