It's not even worth being on HBO.

I think it's an interesting fight to be honest. Malignaggi has speed and skill but no power whereas Hatton has pressure, workrate and certainly can dig. I think PM would be in for a long night and loses by UD but I'd pay a few dollars to see it.

It really depends on GBP whether it's gonna be a PPV or not - but I think HBO doesn't want to do a PPV here.

It's simple: if they wanted, they would've put the double-header on HBO Championship Boxing - but they didn't... so with no lead-up card, I don't think a Hatton-Malignaggi is a very marketable PPV in the States, and GBP will make silly money from the UK PPV anyway, so probably it's gonna be on regular HBO, which is better than a low-number US PPV...

Im with the guy who says for free on HBO it would be interesting, but for 40 or 50 dollars with the price of gas, inflation and the way things are going. Im a bit more cautious with my hard earned cash these days.

the question should be in which country should the fight take place and at what time of day.

IMO it should take place in the uk at uk prime time.

malinaggi`s last fight v ngodju in america looked like it had 1000 fans there .

HBO Championship Boxing sounds like the perfect fit.

Hell no this shouldnt be a PPV fight if hbo perform this correctly they can market this fight for free give it a quick promotion! get Pac show his face around hatton so its sets up all hype for a major super fight in Pac vs hatton in which then they can really sell a big PPV fight!

HBO WCB ... i'm not going to go as far as PPV ...

Malignaggi isn't that big of a name ... and Hatton doesn't have enough clout in the US.

This proves that Floyd Mayweather did play a major part in those PPV numbers.

I'm pretty certain it's already been set up as an HBO WCB event. There's no way HBO would go PPV with a fight like this.
