    I'll say this, and I quote Tommy Morrison, a lot more top tier heavyweights are on it than any average joe would imagine.

    Some use it and totally **** up their diet ala James Toney.

    When he is not training, he is well over 230 pounds. So, yeah, he is natural HW. Plus, he was killing hismelf to make the cruiserweight limit.

    :lol::lol:
    I hope you all know I am just playing

    same thing said about Wlad.

    for the record.... I dont think either guy Wlad or Haye use anything. The body they both have is from good diet and HARD WORK.

    I wish more HW would take note of it:good:good

    Haye is 6'3? I believe Ruiz is 6'2, but Haye seems a little taller then 6'3 standing face to face with Ruiz.

    Haye would have been legit 30 years ago, but now he is a small heavyweight. 30 years ago he would be big enough to do well against guys like Holmes or Spinks, but now the guys are just too big.

    Definitely, wasnt he sweating himself down heavily to keep in Cruiser to unify the titles before he left. He's a proper HW now anyway, people should forget this nonsense of saying he's on the small side.

    This question regarding Haye or Adamek is silly imo. Why not ask whether Arreola or Toney, who are HW's largely due to their bad eating habits, are full HW's? At least Adamek and Haye are not all water/flab and make the weight comfortably by eating right. Toney and Arreola are the ones who are blown up heavyweights.
