Is Haye a legitimate HW

Its not roids,he is a small heavy in shape Wlad is a big heavy in shape.I think he Ruiz fight will show if Haye is a natural at the weight or just a bigger cruiser like Herbie Hide.There is no point at all in Haye putting massive ammounts of weight on.He is good as he is and needs to have speed to be effective.If he pilled on pounds he would be like that sollis guy.

okaaayyyy, so then how come valuev didnt beat him and got rocked when haye hit him with a left hook? he clearly has enough power to make a giant like valuev do the chicken dance. i swear where do people get this silly notion that big HW's are the best?? how come lou savarese didnt have success? or julius long? or shannon briggs?

Yes. I think you're spot on. Adamek is a more natural CW, Haye had to drain down to get to CW. Although I disagree about going up as high as 245. He looks pretty bulky to me right now. I think he's hit his limit but that he's still a good, natural sized HW.
