I heard Haye fights Ruiz in May 2010. Why so late?

I heard Haye wants to fight a Klitschko in Wembley after that.

The weather in england is ****, so a stadium is only possible in June/July.

In June/July 2010 is football world cup in South Africa. Nobody cares about boxing at this time in England/Germany.

August 2010 is holiday month in whole of europe.

That means we wont see Klitschko-Haye in 2010 though Haye promised it. at the earliest in summer 2011 when Vitali is 40.

    Any thoughts?

I think you have an unhealthy obsession with the new champ.

    Any Thoughts?

My thoughts are what the **** are you on about ya pillock

Haye has said he will fight Ruiz in March/April and then will look to fight a Klit later in the year.

    Simple

At this point business is business. You can ask why May is so late, but the average length between fights when we talk about champions is nearly 6 months anyway.

I am a Klitschko fan but I also like Haye. He brings some much needed excitement into the division and I am glad he dethroned Valuev who, although probably a nice person, is boring and disappointing as a boxer. His questionable decisions and embarrassing performance against ancient Holyfield really didn´t do the division any good. Now I hope he brutally KOs Ruiz, who is actually a much bigger black spot on boxing than Valuev.

Then I hope he does end up fighting Wladimir in a mega-fight.
