Is Haye capable to become undisputed HW champion ?

I know where you're coming from given his talent but look at the awful opposition he's been fighting since his comeback,I believe he could beat most of the top guys but I don't think he does?

If the Fury fight had happened years ago when Tyson was pretty lackadaisical and unfocused with his career, I was favoring Haye pretty strongly.

Now, not so much.

I'd put money on him countering Wilder to sleep. Povetkin-Haye is a great fight. So is Joshua-Haye at this point (I'd have favored Haye at his best, but now, who knows? AJ's getting better all the time.)

The bigger question is does David really want to make a run at that, or is he happy cashing fat checks for guys levels beneath where he could be?

Yeah I know what you mean,it's a funny one one with Haye cause as much as I call him for two non fights on his comeback nobody calls out Haye do they?
I agree about Haye and Povetkin,that could be mega given that I don't rate Povetkin against the big guys?
Tyson Fury who knows what's gonna happen with him,Haye needs to get a fight against one of the big guys as quick as he can?

 

He loses to all of them. Has a chance with Joshua because he is stiff. Haye has put on too much weight nullifying to an extent his greatest asset speed.

 

Truth is until he gets in the ring with one of the above we'll never know?
If it does happen he should throw caution to the wind and look for a knock out as his power isn't in question.

 

Haye is not capable of undisputed CW,nevermind HW. Thats why he fought Enzo as soon as he got lineal and bolted to HW.
