I think he's scared in the way he knows he probably will lose to either of the K bros, so ending his major paydays, his status as beltholder and "the guy who might have a chance".
Scared? Naw... I'd just say he's realistic enough to know there's a good chance he could lose to either Klit bro,,, which would obviously mess up the earning potential he has right now.
