I had planned on paying 29.95 for the fight(which is still to much). Instead it's 50 plus taxes and fees it will probably round out to over $60. **** that mates. Anyone know if they plan on showing it next week before the lightweight showdown on Saturday??

They always play the PPV shows for free the following weekend. It's one of the ways they promote the show the following week.

I'm not sure how many fights you've gotten for under $30 - but I need to find some of those deals. I tend to pay about $50 for most of the PPVs. Every now and then - ESPN will have a nice PPV card for about $30 - but HBO and the Independent PPV Shows usually run around $50.

You can always catch most of the fight on YouTube tomorrow.

I hope so. The undercard almost swayed my purchase however I always get all pumped up for a fight and it sometimes lives up to expectations but to me it's not worth gambling on mates. Come to think of it the fights I would've paid for sofar this year were FREE.

im just saying...im sick of boxing writers saying "boxing is dead, only Oscar sells PPV's"....well ****, fans aren't exactly supporting the sport. My whole day has been waiting til 7 to watch the pre-undercard at 7 @ www.yahoo.com ; then watch the fight for 50 bucks at 9 with a great undercard. It's the cost of cheap seats...but as HBO says for 50 bucks my lazyboy becomes a ringside seat. 50 bucks + a bottle of liquor and some food and it's a cheap night.

I think boxing is the opposite from dead. The media is mainly to blame for that warped impression. **** if boxing got as much coverage as Golf I'd be happy. There have been many spectacular fights sofar this year for free so what makes this sure to be spectacular fight any different??
