Jorge Linares is a quality boxer and pisses alover Ricky Burns skill wise he just lacks heart and that's why Demarco beat him.

Linares would outbox Burns too if they ever fought.

 

Demarco was trying to beat Broner on the inside,they were standing in the pocket and trading and Broner was beating him to the punch,he wasn't standing there with his hands down letting Broner hit him he was just in there with a quicker stronger guy.Demarco is one of those Mexicans that goes all out aswell he's not known for being elusive he's a warrior that likes to out hustle guys and break they're hearts but he couldn't do that against Broner or Valero who are fringe elite in my opinion.Valero would have been really something special imo if he hasn't of passed.

Watch the Burns Gonzalez fight again they looked levels apart and Ricky was supposed to be the world champion.

I realize your a fan if Ricky but the reality is that he's not as good as he's being made out to be and will suffer against world level operators.

 

Rees has been lined up for Burns before the Gonzalez fight, I reckon its nailed on if Gav gets past Crolla which he should do.

Linares isn't a quality boxer though. Salgado, Thompson and Demarco all knocked him out. A quality boxer would have comfortably beat all 3.
