All through his career he has kept AJ away from punchers , anytime he has taken a slight risk and fought one (44 yr old Wlad) White with 1 arm AJ has nearly went.

he then stuck him with a young man and AJ looked like a rookie at 35 somehow who didn’t know how to defend or get out the way of punches because he has been put in against ufc fighters , Helenius and Wallin.

No, Hearn did his job. He made him a global superstar and brand and navigated him to being a unified champion. He isn't his trainer, he can't be blamed because AJ didn't know how to react.

    I agree.

Anthony Joshua has been Eddie Hearn's best work and a masterclass in salesmanship and promotion to the mass market.

The vulnerabilities with AJ have been there from his amateur day's, put him on the backfoot and look to make him lead and then counter with the backhand as show below in the Nistor fight.

He got away with it, in both the Whyte and klitschko fights, but Ruiz showed what happens if you really put it on him, he totally crumbles when tagged, very similar to Bruno in a lot of way's.

Of course not. He’s the reason Joshua is seen as better than he actually is. Every opponent sold to the public as dangerous when he’s literally only won one hard match in his career and that was against an ancient inactive guy who was retiring and coming off the back of a schooling to a mouthy traveller.

This is actually a disservice to Bruno, whom was arguably a genuine linear heavyweight champion, Hearn on the other hand bought the title for Joshua, by vastly overpaying the mediocre Charles Martin, whom was a paper champion, after Fury was unfairly stripped.

Everything aligned for Joshua at the right time, from winning the Olympics in London, to winning and unifying version's of the world title during Fury's wilderness years.

Hearn played a huge part his professional success as did AJ in Matchrooms rise

Beyond that it's unlikely either would have made it to the level's they have, and now it's simply a changing of the guard time as Wilder, Joshua and Fury come to the end of their careers and a new promoter has entered the market.

Judging by how **** most people on here think AJ is, Eddie Hearn must be a freaking genius. You can’t have it both ways.

On the back of that Joshua performance they have just had another sold out Wembley show, made millions in the process and once again rinsed the paying public, into believing AJ was the second coming, rather than the domestic level fighter he is and always was.

Dubois battered him for every second of that fight bar the five before the referee reached the ten count, in reality the fight could have been stopped at any point after the first round and it probably would have been had positions been reversed.

Too many people blowing smoke up him. If you watch his ring walk last night, his ‘entourage’ were all jostling to try and get on camera. That posh kid Freddie and ‘KD’ or whatever he’s called. Clueless the lot of them.

Here,s a reason you could blame Eddie Hearn. AJ was such a cash cow right from the off that he was never put in fights he could be tested against as the risk outweighed the reward, consequently he never really improved as he was knocking over cans. Then we he has these tough fights he’s not ready. We saw it last night, he cannot fight off the back foot, he cannot handle a pressure fighter and, as we saw from the over hand right in the first round, he can’t judge distance. All stuff you would learn in harder fights as you’re coming up the ranks.

Bruno was never rag dolled like that last night - most of the time he appeared to become paralysed above the waist when hit.

Joshua just falls apart and it does not even need a huge punch to get him going.

Hearn's job is to rinse the public and he is a master at work.

He will arrange Joshua v Whyte 2 and have the public believing that the winner is up there with Ali.

Don't think I have ever seen someone spin such obvious bullshyte and lies in such an assertive passionate silver spoon posh voice.

The uneducated and uninformed lacking an inquisitive nature don't stand a chance getting fleeced time and again.

There are still some fans on here who think Joshua is an ATG when in reality he is more out of service ATM.

I get people claiming Hearn saying he done a great job for AJ , he did made him a fortune etc.

But his career the matchmaking recently has made him unable to step up anytime he’s boxed anyone at the top level.
