Absolute nonsense. Fury has never even defended a belt and the Lineal belt is an imaginary one. Plus Fury has his hands full with Wilder right now . Fury has been partying and celebrating for over a year and he has less than 3 weeks to get rid of that spare tire he has.

 

All physical belts are merely there to represent a given title, A title doesn't have a physical manifestation. Having a PLASTIC POS belt is just a marketing tool like a trophy.

A physical belt is merely a representation of a title.

The title is what holds the value, not the belt.

No single organization can take claim to the a lineal title.
