yes he is, to be honest, he's kinda like tyson in term of achievement... in his prime he's unbeaten but later on, although he's not that old yet he was beaten by other great. He's the bad boy of boxing just like Mike. lucky against rosario and chavez? he beat rosario, that left hook by rosario was overated, its not even put him into a count! but some people mention it like that hook actually knock him out. comp statistic shows camacho landed slightly more, both commentator thinks the same right after the final bell. camacho was already going downhill when he fought chavez but chavez kicked his ass fair and square
Both fighters are solid in their prime but was never a certified top 5 p4p fighter. But when they retire, least you know they have manufactured a HOF career. Castillo was able to held PBF in his prime. But Camacho was dominated by trinidad, chavez and oscar. He just doesn't have a ability to match with an ATG. But his multiple title run enables him to be in the same league as Castillo, Hamed, Corrales, Darius M and Cotto. Easily all of them are HOF fighters. Not Borderline, may not be in the first ballot. Im really surprised why Hamed was not able to make it in the second year of eligibility
Had the talent to be one,but what he accomplished is nowhere near enough for him to be considered an all time great.
