Is Hopkins a disgrace to boxing?

agreed, hopkins has faced all adversity and a guy with speed and skills like dawson isn't new to him. I doubt it he shuts out hopkins like some suggest either, hopkins is always known as a slow starter. And most of his losses were close except to jones but that was a green bhop

 

This is why MMA is making, or still trying to make, a move in on boxing.

First time was against Echols but then again that was justified and he fought back like a beast ..

It was ****ed up how the fight ended but I queston how the ref or anybody can say the man wasnt injured when it wasnt them that took the fall. Hopkins is a rough and tumble type fighter.Some of his antics I dont care for but he takes as good as he gives. One thing for dam sure, hes not a quitter. If he was, he wouldnt have been in the game this long. My issue is not what happened in relation to the fall but with the call that was made by the ref because of it. It was the wrong call.:bbb:bbb:bbb

 

Off the top of my head I can recall -
1. Hopkins not being able to continue against R Allen for a NC
2. Hopkins lying on the floor for a while against A Echoles
3. Hopkins trying to fake injury to get time out against J Calzaghe
4. Hopkins lying on the floor pretending Jones Jnrs punch was behind the head.

Now we have a similar scenario with Dawson

B-Hop is a boxing legend who devoted his live to the sport. He always comes to fight and entertain. Not close to a disgrace. Because he got slammed on the floor by Dawson makes him a disgrace? He dislocated his shoulder, Did you see him? You can tell when someone fakes. Bottom line: He is not a disgrace, Dawson is a cheating disgrace.
