That wasnt the Kirk Johnson I knew. Kirk hadnt trained he was only there for the paycheck. That debacle where Joe Cortez & John Ruiz robbed Kirk Kohnson of a KO for the WBA title broke his heart. He never mentioned Vitali hitting hard

Actually Ike was ahead when he nearly decapitated Byrd.
Chris was insisting he'd never even been knocked down till he saw the replay LOL Then he just went "Man"!!!!!"wow"
Ike would have Knocked Vitali out

No. He was okay, but he didn't possess massive speed or display any next level skills that should lead you to that conclusion.

His muscular physique is irrelevant to how athletic he was or wasn't considering he was probably on industrial levels of juice (like almost all the other 90s HWs). I'd consider Corrie Sanders a more natural athlete than Ike and he had a permanent dad bod even in his prime.

You should know that the shape of an athlete's body does not indicate whether they are on performance enhancing drugs. Ike was a guy who grew up in Africa where most of the food is natural and without all the chemicals you find in western food and drink that lowers testosterone levels, increases estrogen, and just messes up hormones. Fat Miller was on a pharmacy of PEDs, Fat James Toney was also on PEDs, Fat Guillermo Jones the same, Fat Tyson Fury too, and Fattish Huey Fury as well, I could keep going. Fat Corrie Sanders had faster hands than Ibeabuchi, but in every other department that is used to judge athleticism, Ibeabuchi was better.

Sorry but Vitaly is all wrong for Ike, Ike was a mental midget who was too limited to make an easy knight of Tua, Vitaly would box his ears off.

Vitaly was a natural fighter who was extremely effective robotic FFS that was what they called all eastern European fighters back then who fought tall Vitaly had the goods to actually win a world title something Ike never did.

Vitaly has never been down on the cards and lost the Lewis/Byrd fights due to injury, Ike did a Wilder impression against Byrd lost every round and missing badly until he go lucky, Ike couldn't even beat Tua concisely he wasn't doing **** and lives off of a myth because he never accomplished anything in the ring.

Your right they trained in Dallas but I spoke to Curtis around 99 after the Byrd fight abd before Ike got into problems !!! But he did say Kirk beat him daily in sparring !!! Mind you Ike only had 6 pro fights when they sparred !!!
