    Duran was arguably the best lightweight fighter of all time who moved up and beat one of the greatest welterweights of all time (and did relatively well against one of the best middleweights of all time). It seems that comparing Cruz to him is somewhat of a stretch.

    He's way better to be honest. Duran never beat a fighter like Nestor Bravo...

    We have to accept that boxing has evolved with modern nutrition and training. Cruz is so much more skilled than Duran, who I honestly don't think could make it beyond the club level now.
