Not yet, but he seems to have the talent to do it. Also, he's fighting in a significantly tougher era than Anderson, who had half of his defenses against guys like Patrick Cote and Thales Leites. Those guys are miles behind Whittaker, Gastelum, Yoel, Cannonier etc. This Shabazian kid who iced Brad Tavares looks like another killer added to the mix. It's just a tougher era. Obviously Anderson had greats wins over Rich Franklin, Vitor, & and Dan Henderson. I'm not trying to diminish his legacy, but facts are facts.
