It is not that I want to see Oscar and Hatton again but that is just how things go. Remember it is Oscar and Hatton who is pushing the rematch. But the difference between Mayweather and say SRL is that SRL WANTED to fight Hearns. WANTED to fight Hagler. He proved he was the best.

FYI Cotto and Margo have never held the division title before. Nor did they ever ranked number 1 in their division. If Margo has SOOOOOOOOOO much guts he would have fought at 154lbs where he fights people his own size. But bc he lacks the boxing IQ and talent. He never fought a prime DLH or Mosley because those guys were in their prime in 2000, when Mayweather was at 130.

 

Floyd is unquestioned the best boxing talent in all weight classes. SRL was not. It took Floyd to 147 for people to start doubting his ability against bigger opposition. SRL can't claim that he was the best when Hearns is around KOing people left and right. That is the difference.

Do the decent thing and relinquish the stagnating,dormant, linear belt and STOP proclaiming yourself the PFP1.

Cotto is not Floyd's Mandatory. If Cotto wants Floyd then he would have to be the one to offer. One thing people seem to forget is that Floyd does not need Cotto to be number 1. Floyd is already number 1. If Cotto wants it then Make floyd an offer. BTW FYI, he made more fighting the division champ, without having to split with his promoter arum and became free agent. The bottomline is that you don't even know why a "primed" Mosely and DLH wouldn't fight Floyd bc you just follow hype created by idiots. You seem to forget the sole reason why floyd moved up in weight in the first place. You think he moved up to fight big names or prospects? Don't think too hard.
