    so what if he doesnt get credit from every single fan? thats no reason to avoid a fighter who earned his shot. this is a legit fight for a legit strap, thats credit enough.

    A fighter who knocks out 91% of opponents, always wins, humble and kind, tries to fight the best in his division, and puts on a show each fight... How can you hate the guy?

    That's what I'm sounding like.

    Some fans hating on guys who aren't fan friendly is understandable. Hating this type of fighter is not. It's just stupid and irrational.

    I think his style, the way he demolishes his opponents, his domination reminds them of Tyson's deep down and they just can't process seeing it from a Soviet-born guy. Btw I'm not saying He's as good as prime Tyson, while I always thought Tyson was a little overrated, GGG's greatness is yet to be proven.

    Didn't say it was fair. Just saying until a hyped boxer fights somebody great people will not give full credit.

    Haters will never give full credit. They'll always find someway to demean a great athlete's achievements and career i.e Pacquiao and steroids, Mayweather and cherry picking.
