tbh i never knew before that Lee had gotten solid offers from either sturm so i suppose i was wrong in saying hes not getting any opportunities. But what do you mean by he should have fought more than one european ranked fighter? what had Belghecham done since losing to lee for him to deserve a title shot more than Lee? he was coming staraight off a loss to Lee and it doesent matter what way its put Barker should have offered the fight to Andy rather than fighting a man he had just beat. what does Lee fighting in the us after Barker won the title have anything to do with it? are you trying to claim that Andy wanted no part of Barker or something

If Andy Lee had beat more European ranked fighters he would become mandatory for the european title. He has only beat 1, Belgecham.

I am not trying to claim he wanted no part of Barker just that he wouldn't off accepted the fight with Barker at 3 weeks notice for the same money Belgecham was offered.

Lee will have been sounded out about the fight.

I don't see why that is so funny. We will see if he gets rid of Varon in 4.

Come on, you cant make a statement like that and then moonwalk away from it without backing it up.

And how is that comparable? That's like saying Abraham is better than Froch because he got rid of Jermain Taylor while ahead on the cards and Froch didn't.

Have you seen Zbik? The guy is not world-level whatsoever, and should never have beaten Domenico Spada the first time round. I believe Macklin is world-level, okay maybe he won't beat Martinez/Sturm but neither will Zbik, and he's far more likely to beat top 10 guys than Zbik is.

Fair point its not comparible but I have seen 4-5 of his fights and think he is better than Macklin.

Macklin should dominate him. It is a pretty poor fight to be honest, as are the Clev, Brook and Gavin (has that been called off btw?) ones.

Clev is fighting the No.2 ranked fighter with the WBO. His career will progress from it.

he should do but I have added a Macklin points win to my accumulator. Good value at 6/1 I think
