I havent had the chance to watch the fight but reading from the news and from the forum which is basically accurate even tho it is from different sources i learnt that Dirrell got down in the 11th and Abraham hit him while on the floor and Dirrell couldnt make it back to the fight. Abraham was quoted "If Dirrell is found positive he needs to be disqualified"atschI have seen good sportmanship in a lot of fights,i have seen a losing fighter carrying the man who just beat him victoriously as a sign of "victory accepted",I have seen a fighter dropped his opponent by slipping and still help him get back up,what a great sportmanship. After a fight fighters say "I give thanks to the good Lord that we both make it out alright" no one is injured.Boxing is a deadly punch and when a guy is down on he floor he is defenseless and vulnerable, hitting him while on the floor could be dangerous and deadly. If the blow is intentional it means he is a sore loser and he needs to be disqualified from the super six tournament,i dont like his fight he is a very rough fighter and for his to say a word like that just says a lot about him boxing is meant for fair minded men not just monsters or maybe i should just say like i read "He got hit on his head so many times he might be losing it"
There were no blows! the punches were legal, the block that AA have causes the follow thru to shift down after initial impact!
Dude, I agree.....Despite being a one dimensional bruiser, I was a fan of AA until last night. What especially annoyed me was the crying about low blows - 99% of which were right on the beltline..Then he goes and commits the foul of all fouls, then he makes bull**** excuses about it. I hate to call AA another typical protected European fighter, but Dirrell exposed the **** out of him last night - which I had a feeling all along would be the case.

wow well that makes 3 of us i was sick when i seen that happen cant say that i thought that dirrell was going to win but i was def pulling for him and had him wining nearly every round i hope that he can fully recover form that cheap shot... and i couldnt belive he tried to redirect the blame in the post fight interview either... he has no class and for that he lost me as a fan what a damn shame:roll:
I agree with a lot of what you said but....... There was not the long delay that everyone is talking about between Dirrell going down and AA hitting him. It is very easy to do that sort of thing when you are headhunting. Ever played football? Late tackles happen. It was a definate DQ but as for wether it was intentional I'm not so sure. I'm not a fan of either fighter but Dirrell did impress me last night. Though I did feel the tide had turned when the incident hapened. However that is not to say that AA would have got the KO but Dirrell did look like he had gassed.
