Is it feasible to rank Wills over Dempsey in an ATG list?

On a side note, i miss Burt but fear the worst and Bummy hasn't been seen for a fair while.

 

Harry Wills doesn't impress on film. Unfortunately, for his reputation, the bouts take place late in his career but seem to substantiate the widely held view of the era that he would not have been a threat for Dempsey.
His resume is also one of the stranger resumes for an elite heavy of all time, is there any man that rates as highly as Wills at heavy who fought so many fights against the same handful of opponents over and over?
I believe he was made to order for Dempsey and that it is a travesty Wills didn't get the fight he so deserved. In retrospect his absence on Dempsey's ledger does both men a disservice as the victor would surely be remembered on stronger footing as an ATG.

Side note has anymore fight films of heavyweights reemerged that were "lost" recently?
