I don't think Hatton is as shot as some say, but I still don't know if he'd beat any of those guys you mentioned. Particularly not Bradley who I think is the goods.

The pack has caught up and probably passed Hatton by.

Hatton needs to fight at 147 and show Paul Williams who is boss.

Bradley would annihalate Hatton, not really KO him but punish him enough to make him quit imo...I have never really been a fan of Hatton and I think at this point in time Hatton is shot any of the guys mentioned would beat him, I do think tho that he could get to Khan and land a title that way...imo thats his only shot at winning a credible title @ 140

Can he even make it to 140 without doin serious damage? I really doubt it...
In any case y not put him in with Maidana or even Ortiz jus to test the waters first?

Hatton could certainly win another title.

He's already beaten Urango and Bradley, Alexander, Khan are all still young and relatively unproven. Honestly, would you have picked them over Hatton before the Pac fight? No.

He completely outclassed Malgnaggi who's shown since that he's no bum at 140. I still consider Hatton World Class. Losing to Pacquiao doesn't change that. Pac greatness is unworldly. Hatton did not respect that and tried to walk through Pac and he paid the price.

The only question mark would be if he can get his weight back down in a healthy manner without it affecting his body. All those years of binging after fights and then having to cut all those pounds must've taken a toll on his body.

I think he probably would want a rematch with Pacman especially as he is absolutely convinced that he was winning the second round

i think hatton should retire he's well past his best now, but i agree he would give anyone at 140 a good fight and beat most of them even now. like you say all of a sudden malignaggi is getting lots of praise but hatton showed he was on a different level to him not long ago.

he's not on the level of pbf or pac but who is? none of the top 140 fighters have been tested against top opposition yet. hatton beat koysta would any of the top 140 fighters being talked about now, bradley, khan etc have beaten koysta on that night? not a chance. hatton's not on that level now, but in his prime he would have beaten everyone currently at 140 with the exception of pac without too much trouble. and even now it wouldn't be a huge shock if he did now.

I think Williams would utterly destroy Hatton.

not sure what hatton has left in the tank but 2 say bradley beats the **** out of hatton is just stupid. he has not been in with any top level fighters..holt,witter,peterson are not elite. if bradley gets his wish and meets manny and floyd there is a good chance he will end up the same way as hatton. anyway, bradley dont have the power to keep hatton off him.

    well actually,

I think Hatton could very well beat

    Urango (he has)
Malignaggi (only guy to stop him)

Torres - would be a hell of a fight, but if Hatton can avoid getting his head taken off, hes a much better fighter imo then torres, with torres sole redeeming quality being his power punching offense, but.... it is enough at this stage of the game to really be a danger to Hatton... this is a tough fight, one though in which i would try and go with hattons experience and overall better ability to win him through.... maybe lol.

Khan - Im really not sure, common sense says Khans speed, power, youth and ability spell trouble for Ricky, but im not sold on Khans durability, his toughness, his resilience, wether it be through my own ignorance of not seeing enough of his fights or not lol. I see Hatton being able to bully and trouble khan (Khan isnt mayweather, and Hatton... wether people want to admit it or not, gave mayweather a decent scrap here and there) so i do think Hatton could get to Khan and shake him a bit in the middle rounds once khan starts to slow down, but this fight is hard to choose for me. Id go in maybe favoring hattons experience, toughness and cagyness to win out over khans speed and power, but i wouldnt be suprised if Khan won.

Judah - I have to think that Judah has a huge shot with his southpaw style, quick off the release cross, fast combinations, sharp uppercut and devistating power at 140, to beat judah your going to eather have the defence to not get cought, or the chin to take what he dishes out with the toughness to make him wilt in the process. I am not sure Hatton at this stage of the game would make it 12 rounds with Judah, though IMO Hatton at his best, years ago, would have been too much all around for Judah... but at this stage, honestly i take Judah, yes im aware i might be overrating him a bit.

Bradley - Hatton is at the wrong stage of his career to be fighting a guy like Tim, who i believe would overwelm and dismantle hatton. Now if we were talking hatton back when he was beating zoo, it would be a magnificent fight, and imo FOTY candidate..... and one i still think Hatton would lose. I think Bradley beats Hatton by late stoppage this era, and would still imo be the favorite to beat him in Hattons prime.

and of course the other top fighters that im too tired to analyse right now, but i think that if hatton continued, that he would still be a top player in the division, but Bradley is the true man of the division (i guess unless you count Pac technically speaking) and theres no way i see him beating Bradley.

While I agree that Bradley wouldn't beat the **** out of Hatton, I do think he would beat him nonetheless. I think he is an all around skilled fighter and he would be win a solid UD.
