Is it just me or is Pac's confidence down?

We don't know if PPV was included in that or not. Non of the **** that Manny and Floyd talked about matters bc the real negotiation never happened bc of Arum. All Floyd did was test the waters with that offer to see if Manny was as dumb as he pretends to be. That is all. :thumbsup

Very true. There have been no formal negotiations. Floyd's team attempted to contact Arum several times...Arum's response was, "I don't know why Schaffer is calling me, I can't imagine why he would, I don't understand what it is he wants to speak to me about, so I'm not answering his calls".

Puga is too emotional to see things for what they are. Floyd believes that Manny is dumb when it comes to business and that is why he called him and offered him more money than he has ever made. He threw the line/hook to see if that fish would bite. If Arum would have picked up the phone all the money issues along with everything else could have been worked out.

I don't blame Mayweather for doing what most of us would do.

It is no secret Pacquiao isn't a smart dude. He's the same guy who signed a contract with GBP over lunch with Oscar because DLH had a brief case full of cash, while he was signed under Top Rank, and it cost Pacquiao in the long run.

At this stage of BOTH their careers, whoever they fight is a high risk low reward. That's what happens when you're too famous and great. Miguel Cotto at 154 isn't exactly an easy opponent either.

Fact is, when you call people "*****s" because you disagree with them, it doesn't make you any different. I didn't see you post anything regarding Arum's obvious exposed negativity when it comes to Mayweather. Of course, Mayweather isn't exactly better, he's as deluded if not worse.

I don't think so, Mayweather was serious about the PPV share though Arum didn't exactly plan to negotiate at all. As long as Arum has people in his stable for Pacquiao, he would go for it. There's no reason to risk his golden boy to fighters out of his stable, especially not someone he dislikes.

What is easily noticeable is that most of Pacquiao fans are easily deceived by Arum. Whatever he feeds those guys they would swallow without doing any research whatsoever.

Truth is, BOTH Mayweather and Arum are too deluded to negotiate anything reasonable.

I agree Mayweather was serious and he thought Pac was dumb enough to say, "okay send me the paperwork so I can sign and the money after." I am shocked that Manny didn't take it and I picture him looking at Koncz asking if he should.

I don't understand why people laugh at Pacquiao for having advisers when it comes to fights. I hope you do know that he hires/pays them to take care of that work while he does his work in the gym. There's a reason promoters/managers are out there. Mayweather gets enough advise from Haymon as Pacquiao does from his team, all fighters have that otherwise they won't get this far.

Though with that aside, it's pretty much clear that Pacquiao's advisers don't NEED to see him fight Mayweather because Arum still has available willing options within his crew. As long as Pacquiao fights a TOP RANK fighter, Arum wins whoever comes out victorious.

I am not laughing that he has advisers bc he should. I just picture him actually wanting to take the 40 million but getting stopped by Koncz.

Yup Ariza also told that Pacquiao have not used the training regiment that made him explosive in his fights with Hatton, Oscar and Cotto. The last time he did a serious plyometrics training before a fight was against Cotto.

Remember the heated arguments with Ariza and Pac prior to the JMM 3 fight because of training issues.

I think his confidence is down. He's been use to dominating and his last fight he couldn't get the "Emphatic" win he was expecting. So of course that took some of the wind out of his sails.

Now.... I don't think PAC felt he lost.... but his expectations were so high that when he failed to reach those expectations he fell hard...

Regarding Floyd's consistency with his attitude.....that's Floyd's "MO"....Even in fights where he's struggled or had more difficulties than anyone expected, he's continued to sing the same song. Even in a loss Floyd won't change that record. It's just who he is.

And Koncz should be given credit for that because it's a bull**** biased offer from Floyd. If anything it's an insulting offer.
