Is it just me, or were announcers during Ali's time incredibly biased toward him?

His left hook soon before the stoppage was almost sweeter still.

I think Ali-Foreman commentary is the absolute worst of all in terms of commentary. When Foreman lands a HARD 1-2, they go "That punch did no damage... neither did that one", then Ali lands a flicking, pushing jab, and they're screaming "HARD LEFT HAND BY ALI!! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MOVE!!! FOREMAN IS STUNNED!" :dead

On a side note Shavers Himself admitted he lost. So if All the judges and the fighter himself thought he lost then thats good enough for me.

Yes,Ali had got the benefit of a few close calls post Manila, but no more than a lot of champions got throughout boxing history. As for the Ron Lyle fight,Ali buckled his legs with THAT right hand in the eleventh. Muhammad then started to land countless punches at will without any reply from his opponent. How anyone thinks that was a premature stoppage is totally beyond me.
