Is it just me when I say Deontay Wilder has the aura of Mike Tyson surrounding him?

This is worse than anything I've read on here. Wilder has MAYBE the aura of tyson when he was well past it and looked like **** but could still punch. Atleast mike always had a good chin, he was never wobbled by a single shot without being beaten down and exhausted first.
Wilder has the shot tyson aura at best.

 

No not imo, mind you Wilder has top notch knockout power so from that point he is super exciting,,,

however, Tyson's aura was off the charts (at its prime) when compared to Wilders power for many reasons that imo Wilder doesn't fit the bill for yet.

Watch how calm Tyson is when he wins his title, at that time nobody knew he was going to implode emotionally and thus he looked like a stone blood killer, Wilder still occasionally looses control of his emotions in split seconds and has nearly paid for it a few times. Plus it is a minus for ones aura rather than plus.

Lastly, when he wins he starts going a bit silly imo, he becomes way too brave and the dudes that do that are usually the dudes that were doubting themselves with such fear prior they are overcome with emotion of being successful and they temporarily loose control of themselves, Tyson didn't do that until he started slowly imploding saying stuff like he wanted to eat Lewis's children, lol,,,,

naturally Tysons aura went down the toilet soon after but if we are comparing auras in the prime I would have to say Wilder is not in Tysons league.

With Tyson you were always wondering when he was going to KO the other guy.

With Wilder you are wondering when one of his cherry picks will turn the table and KO him.

Wilder looks like he has the aura of a B level belt holder like Frank Bruno surrounding him -- and that's being very generous to Deontay. And having said that, Frank would spank Deontay and KO him in 4-5 rounds.

Bruno would burst into a laugh if Wilder threw those backyard-brawl windmills at him.

 

Wilder has the aura of a Randall Bailey about him at best.
