David Tua has 'pop' and a good chin. So did Foreman and Tyson.

Kessler has good chin and power.
Pavlik has good chin and power (I know he has been down, but if you analyze it the punches that Taylor hit him with would have had 99% of boxers lying flat on their back - I am VERY impressed with the way he shook it off).
Andrade has good power and ironman-like chin.
Pac has reasonably good chin and good power.
    Foreman
    Tyson
Morrison (yes, I know some people think he had a questionable chin, but the beating he took was horrific. The first punch would have had most HWs out of there - It was incredible .. and probably not very healthy .. that he kept standing upright for so long).
    Hagler.

Come on everybody!!!! THE KING OF POP AND NO CHIN!!! It's obvious.

This guy probably has the most power out of anyone currently fighting in his division and he also has the worst chin out of anyone in the top thirty in his division.

    WLAD KLITSCHO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Huge Pop and abolutely NO CHIN!!! His chin is worse than Frank Burns from M.A.S.H.

    Calzaghe - chin, no pop.
    Judah - pop, no chin.
Wlad - pop, no.... well... no endurance.

That's because they pretty much have to have at least one or the other in order to reach the world-class level, which is what you're obviously talking about. Guys with no pop AND no chin almost never get to the point where they're ranked and fighting on television.

It has alot to do with how they approach each fight.

Most punchers live or die by the KO. They close the distance, put their whiskers out there and drop their guards to dish out massive force. That of course leaves them open for nasty counters.

As I've stated on here before distance is what you need to see what your opponent is doing. It kills speed and it kills all the tricks in the book. When you close that distance you leave yourself vunerable to fast, hidden counters. In other words punches that could really hurt you. So just plowing into an opponent looking to knock him out is always high risk territory.
