    Narrow Minded view buddy.

Any sport requires dedication. Hard work can compensate for talent, greater than talent can compensate for hard work in combat sports.

There is more than enough bull**** in boxing, but generally speaking cream does rise to the top.

It took the likes of Hopkins, JMM, Calzaghe, etc years of campaigning before they were able to secure a career-defining fight. No-one gave Glen Johnson any favours, but he was able to work his way to the top eventually. Jose Napoles and Aaron Pryor were avoided at their best weight, so moved up and built a legacy in a higher weight class.

With so many titles around, there won't be any more Langfords or Burleys. High level fighters will eventually get an opportunity to prove themselves on the big stage, and make a name for themselves.

thinking about it actually boxing is slightly easier to become great, although it was said earlier you need more than talent, there isn't a risk of not becoming great any more, if you get a good record you'll get a title shot.
