Is it me or Pac is nuts for trying to make a fight with Hatton.

I, for one would love to see this fight, cause I'm not really rooting for either, if pac KOs hatton I would LMAO and give pac his props, and if ricky puts a beating on manny, I don't like him anyway and finally someone put a stop to the pac train.

Pac did start at 106 but he was a kid. But he's packing on more muscle mass every year. ****, he can't even make 130 anymore. He'd still be about 3% bodyfat at 140. And he's lighting quick and could walk Hatton into lleft hands and right hooks. And Hatton, in my view, is a diminishing commodity.:smoke :smoke

Mannys power will help him should this fight take place so will his speed, people understate how hard Manny can actually hit, not until you see him upclose do you understand how this kid can really bang.
I think its a hard fight for Manny but its winnable for him if he has the right game plan. what favors Ricky is size and Mannys come forward style so Manny will have to use some counter punching skills if he plans to beat Hatton.
I dont think this fight is a bad idea, why not test how far you can go when you have these kinds of skills? this will basicly be to Manny what Ruiz was to Jones Jr and if he can pull this one out he will retire as one of the greatest fighters under 147

I just fear for Manny's ribcage in this one, but props to him for considering taking this one on.

This is a low risk, high reward fight for him - whereas for Ricky it is high risk high reward.

This will probably take place early 09 - I would expect Manny to have a tune up 140lb fight first against a gatekeeper, or whoever is the weakest of the alphabet champs at the time.

Don't think the Ruiz comparison is correct at all. Ruiz was a weak alphabet champ - Hatton is the best at 140 - Ruiz wasn't (and isn't) anywhere near!
