Is it? The same foods that use to fill me up a while back doesnt leave me feeling full and sometimes its like i have not eaten. I know people will say "then eat more" but the fact these foods usually fill me up is making me think it is not the quantity of the food but maybe something to do with me?
Just eat more protein, there's a chemical in there that makes you feel 'full'. I assume you are starting off boxing so your consumption needs have increased. But this is good. Speaking of which you have probably answered the question of: How do I keep my weight down. Walk away from the table a little hungry.
as the old saying go's 'you are what you eat' the more active you are the more food & drink the body needs,,do research on the right foods you need for the exercise your doing then you can eat as much as you want,,not before the exercise of course :think
