Is it Pacman or RJJ?????

In terms of offense, Pac and RJJ are close. but being a greater fighter in terms of level of opposition, they way he KO or beat the other guy, etc will determine more who is the better. Pac edges it.

 

It's just a coincidence that Floyd fans are going for RJJ.

 

RJ has been known in beating off duty policeman and a known glass jawed fraud.

2 different types of offense, but botj extremely effective. I give the slight edge to RJ for the crisper, cleaner, precision punching, but Pacmans isnt far behind. And RJ had some of the best offense Ive seen of any fighter.

 

Two fighters who will meet the same fate. Wait till they are old to face the top level of opposition and pay dearly for it. RJJ and Floyd. HBO Hype jobs that paved the way for MMA.

 

It won't happen to Floyd because he actually knows the boxing fundamentals and one of the best defenses. Roy relied on his quick reflexes and his defense sucks but he got away because of the reflexes.

When the reflexes diminish, we learn that the mofo had a glass jaw and he couldn't do defense like James toney or Floyd is while standing up straight. All he can do is back up on the ropes and keeping his hands up like a headless chicken.

So don't compare RJ to Floyd. Because Floyd's defense is miles better than RJ.
