Is it possible Fury leaves Warren and goes to Hearn?

My assumption is that he will sign with whoever guarantees him the biggest paydays so that he can give it all away to charity!

Hearn has promoted Joshua to mega millions and the second highest earning boxer in the world bar Canelo. What does delivering shots at Wilder got to do with anything? Wilder’s not been delivered shots at Joshua whilst earning a lot less.

Fury for all his promotional appearances appears to just have spread himself thin. After the Wilder fight, he's gone into overdrive thinking, the more I can get on TV the better, without realising, does any of this actually convert to multi million pound sponsorships, multimillion pound purses and multi multi million pound ticket sales. Unfortunately for him, I don't think it has converted to anything at all. He tries far too hard with his Instagram stories in comparison to AJ who does his business in the ring and has a good smart team behind him. I don't think Tyson's team have got a fckin clue.

On topic. Fury and his family are quite possibly the biggest hypocrites in boxing. So I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Tyson sign with Eddie Hearn.

 

To be fair, you’ll find it very hard to find anyone in boxing who isn’t a hypocrite. Give me any names and I’ll find something hypocritical they’ve said.

 

I don't actually think that Warren had a great deal to do with it to be honest, more like Wilder and his team thinking Fury post 3 year lay off on the booze, white and kebab fest being an easy touch and a finally, decent name on the resume.

Strange statement considering he hasn't fought a decent opponent since doing all the self promotion. Judge his promotional work after the Wilder rematch.

 

Yes, I think BJS is the canary in the mine, Tyson and Billy are reasonably close, Team Fury will be watching what exactly Hearn does for BJS and if it works and if BJS gets the fights and money he wants then I think Fury would consider it.

But only if the AJ fight is made or is going to be made, I don't see the point of Hearn or Fury signing a deal unless AJ is involved.

But Fury telephones Hearn all hours of the night trolling him and laughing and joking, I think he likes Hearn and knows Hearn would earn him a lorry load of cash especially working with DAZN.

 

Fury has already said that isn't true on the true Geordie podcast, he pretty much refused to even talk about Hearn at all.

 

Truly popular fighters don’t need decent opponents to earn big money. Joshua sold out a football stadium fighting Carlos Takam. If Fury was the draw you think he is he wouldn’t be on Frampton undercards getting booed out of the ring, failing to sell half the tickets in an arena for a Klitschko rematch, or having to give away free tickets for his fights with a breakfast buffet.

 

I thought he was with Arum now? Bit confused here.

 

Joshua is obviously more popular, I don’t think anyone believes otherwise, but wasn’t he on the Frampton undercard simply because he was fighting another no-hoper relatively quickly after Seferi?

I think also he’s far more popular since his comeback, much more than the Vlad rematch era.

 

In what way is he far more popular? His fights have sold terribly and very few people watch him.

You have people like Hattonmad suggesting he’s massively popular because he’s been on Good Morning Britain. It’s odd. He’s just not that popular. It doesn’t detract from his ability.

 

His WWE stint has probably boosted his popularity somewhat.

Also I think people will be interested in this rematch because of the uncertainty of the first fight.

What's for certain though is Wilder is NOT a popular fighter in his homecountry, which is why Tony Bellew has done more PPV's in one fight than Wilder has in his entire career - so I don't expect the numbers to be massive regardless. What was the first fight 250k? If they do 350k that would be a great showing I would think.
