I'm sure back in the day it was shocking to see Hagler devour a flush Hearns uppercut, but I don't think we have any Hagler's boxing today.

Is it impossible for a MW to eat a GGG bomb? I remember before the Martin Murray fight thinking that GGG wouldn't knock him down. Let alone KO him.

Murray was a huge MW with an iron jaw.

    Can anybody do it?

They eat his shots all the time, but they end up eating to much. He is not a 1 punch ko type fighter he beats you up with accumulation.

I kind of agree. He landed pretty flush on Willie Monroe and, while it did knock him down, it didn't KTFO him. I think more often than not, opponents begin to realize they may be getting brain damage by taking any more of his hits.

His punches are heavy and you can see how his opponents react to them that they hurt. But he is not a concussive puncher like Wilder or Kovalev

He has one of the most impressive 1 punch finisher hits of any active boxer.

He once KTFO somebody while receiving a flush cross to the face.

There's always certain fighters that truly can eat anyones shot. The problem is no one can eat those types of shots and still be 100% physically, they get hurt buy can hide it better. Even hagler admitted he got legitimately hurt in that 1st rounday but was able to mentally be able to hide it. Not like hagler could take more than a couple rounds of clean shots.

If hearns had a good chin, say hagler and hearns swapped chins, hagler would've been ktfo within a few rounds.

GGG has a different type of power and a true atg chin, atg power and atg skills. GGG would murder both mw hearns and hagler ktfo hearns and hurt hagler so bad, haglers chin would've been the worst thing. That's because the beating would alter his career

Hagler ate a Hearns uppercut. He was momentarily dazed and probably in a **** load of excruciating pain. But he deposited that shot into his belly. He ate it.

I don't think somebody who eats a Hearns bomb would be knocked down on a GGG bomb.

He hits very hard but I don't think his power is freakish. His shots are very accurate and his technique is very good, which is what makes him devastating as a puncher. In my opinion anyway
