it can be, but the sport is still evolving so that if they are stalled on the ground or against the fence they re-start them without too much non-action

MMA is so Gay. Two hot sweaty muscular men laying on top of eachother,If I wanted to see that instead of paying 50 bucks on PPV I'll rent a gay porn. Hey! whats the difference between MMA and gay porn: Nothing. What do you call a fighter who's afraid to get hit in the face: A mixed martial artist. Boxers take more punishment in a fight than in 3 MMA fights, just less damage. It seems in MMA when someone gets hurt they from a punch they jst start wrestling. BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a big fan of Boxing & MMA as well as any other kind of "Fightsport" that isn't fake ie. Wrestling.

I even like to watch the Toughman competitions & Celebrity Boxing fights.

There's nothing quite like sitting back and watching 2 guys beating the **** outta each other for money and pride. :happy

I like boxing a lot more. But i do enjoy MMA. A good MMA is better then a bad boxing match. But in MMA when two fighters are of lesser skills or to prudent it gets so lame...:gayfight

I watch them both. There are no rules precluding a fan of one sport from enjoying the other. The biggest obstacle to boxing fans' enjoyment of MMA is their lack of understanding submissions and ground fighting. Fans of both learn to appreciate the skills involved whether it is standing and striking as in boxing - or when someone slides into a smooth submission from the ground. Both sports require a high level of skill and that is always something to be admired.

I've never boxed (almost never. Tried it once).

I practiced a different Martial Art for about six years.

However, I've watched boxing for over four decades. I'm a fan of the sport and don't watch any other combat sport.

I think you could be a fan of boxing AND other things too.

As it is, I probably spend too much time watching just boxing.

    And cruising ESB.

    Of course it is.

I watch both, although I like boxing more by far.

I will only watch MMA if I catch it while channel surfing and I dont really know who most of the fighters are. Even if I regonize their name, I dont know their strengths, records, styles, ect.

Although I am a boxing fanatic, I am not really a sports guy at all. I will watch the occasional college or NFL game with friends but I dont follow anything other than boxing. MMA is a sport I will actually watch compared to baseball, hockey, basketball ect.
