is it possible

    Is it possible to be succesful in the amatuers as a heavyweight at 5,8 -5,9 feet tall.Or would it be best to drop weight.

    We had a guy in our gym who was about 5'10 and was super heavy. Just depends on your skills and how you use your advantages.

    i fought at heavy and i am 5'9" ish...its was hard, because the ams are mainly points based, getting inside without your oppo landing a soft scoring shot is difficult, this makes winning on points tough...

    i have some experience,i have 13 fights so far.I only have 3 losses.im just wondering because im 210 now and im 5 eight and a half,and i dont know if its worth continung or if my body is made for that class.
