everyone knows you can overtrain doing bench presses or pushups. do you think it is possible to overdo cardio? is it possible to do too much cardio?
Depends on the time any sort of running can cause swelling in your ankles and knees which will reduce your non-specific immune responses available to fight off infections so yeah kinda
I suppose its possible but I wont allow it to happen to me. Like I love to run if you ask me to rank my favorite training activites running is number 1 by a long shot if I could id run 4-5 miles every single day but I just limit it to 5-6 so I get some rest.
