well is it? Or is that irrelevant if your meeting your calorie requirements for your goal (weight loss or weight gain)?. I just relised today that ive been getting around 50-60% of my cals from fats :yikes
Any one with knowledge? I've researched it and all i can find is it will make me gain weight if im over cals which im not btw. I just have lower carb intake (maybe to low)
if your eating most of your cals from healthy fats your saturated fat intake will also be high, why would you want to do that anyway, you only need 30% of your total calories from fat
Because i use to not eat enough calories and to raise the amount i consumed i added fats to normal diet. I just calculated cals but not macro's. Which il start doing now
Oh and i just checked my sat fats are below rec amount ................THANK **** DON'T WANT TO CLOG MY ARTERIES
The recomended eat well plate is 70% carbs, 20% protein, 10% fat. However this can be way off. There is a test you can get done which works out your specific needs. I know a personal trainer who has 50% protein in his diet.
Where did you hear that? It's 55-60% carbs, 25-35% fat and 10-15% protein. That personal trainer is a ****, how do you even manage to get 50% of your energy from protein?
you need to stop making threads, try some things for yourself, and then you will know the answers to most of your questions mate. do some stuff, try something, take notes of progress, and take it from there. nobody can help you over the net most of the time with very individual things like this. there are general guidelines, but you know these already!
Yeah i agree i make alot of threads these days. I tried googling it and again all that came up was weight gain due to fat having more cals then carbs and protien so thought id ask here.
+ = ****ing pot calling the kettle black. How about you stay out of any thread i make if they bloody bother you? And how about you stop being a hypocrte aswell
