I was but was on different forums (more british ones). It was war then, literally made the whole heavyweight debates now seem like child's play

 

I can imagine.

 

It was very repetitive and quite toxic. Like it is now with the Heavyweight scene, but just much more threads etc.

 

The Filipino posters who only watched boxing for Pacquiao were so sad when Marquez knocked him out. They were starting petitions to do extra drug testing on Marquez and writing speeches about how it was a lucky punch.

 

If they fought earlier they may have even had 2 or even 3 fights. Would have been even crazier.

 

Always liked Pac way more than Floyd, but after the Marquez loss he wasn't even split anymore.

Pac was in general much more ready to take on whoever and love him for it, but the fight not happening until 2015 is on him.
