Is it safe to say Khan is not elite????

    after his performance against algieri...we can see he is 2-3 levels below elite fighters like pac....

    we saw him getting a hard time against cris who did not win any round against pac and got floored many times....

    add to that his non existent chin...khan is good but not event great...
